For filming we set ourself up, we had a quick glance at the script just to make sure we were comfortable with what we were saying and to make it sure that we knew what we were saying. We also photocopied extra pieces of the storyboard to make sure we shot every scene we needed so we crossed each time we completed a scene. We kept all of this in the main filming room so we didn't loose anything and everything was kept organised. This is the photo of the group all reading over the script.
